At Florsia, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or made-to-order products (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@florsia.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
