Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Florsia is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
